Blocked polyisocyanate curing agent for PU powder coatings
Jietonda® K7150 is a closed polyisocyanate curing agent for powder coatings, designed to cure with hydroxy polyester or hydroxy acrylic resin to provide a smooth, weather-resistant and highly cross-linked powder coating.

Characteristics
Extremely high crosslink density , excellent surface hardness and chemical resistance for coating .
Excellent leveling and smoothness.
Excellent weather resistance.

Use method & levels
Equivalent weight of this product is approx 275. It is recommended to cure with hydroxyl polymer in equivalent amount (13:87 for polyester with hydroxyl value of 30; 20:80 for polyester with hydroxyl value of 50). Tin-based catalysts can significantly improve coating mechanical properties and solvent resistance..
Unsealing temperature of this product is above 170℃, so it is recommended to fully cure at 180℃*20min or 200℃*15min.

Package & Storage
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire..
Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of <32°C.
